Inspect the Depository and collect the helicopter
Drive Michael to the Union Depository and inspect the marked front and rear access points. Follow the character switch to Trevor and take Lester to Sandy Shores Airfield. Board the Frogger and fly towards Murrieta Heights.
For the eleven-minute target, skip scenes and use direct routes between the inspection points. The helicopter work takes most of the mission’s attention.

Tail the vans at a safe distance
Find the security convoy and follow it through the city. Keep enough altitude and distance that Lester does not warn you about getting too close or losing the vans. Smooth speed changes are easier to manage than repeated dives directly above the convoy.
Use the drainage opening beneath the bridge for Under the Bridge. When the route reaches the tunnel, fly through it for Tunnel Flight. Line up before entering and hold the helicopter level, leaving room around traffic and the walls.

Find the construction entrance quickly
After the ambush-location discussion, search east of the building for the construction opening in the parking area. Cavity Search gives twenty seconds for locating it, so do not circle the entire district.
Hover in the indicated position while Lester records the route. Keep the aircraft stable until the filming objective completes rather than departing as soon as the opening appears on screen.

Return the helicopter and finish the drive
Fly back to Sandy Shores and land at the marked airfield location. Complete the later Michael segment by taking Franklin home. That final drop-off is part of the mission’s total time.
If a flight medal is missed, replay with the bridge and tunnel approaches planned. Trying to improvise a sharp turn inside a narrow opening is more likely to damage the aircraft than save time.
