GTA Online Money Fronts Adds Car Wash and Laundering Businesses
GTA Online’s Money Fronts update launched June 17, 2025, adding three businesses that combine legitimate work with money laundering. The Hands On Car Wash is the entry point, with Smoke on the Water and Higgins Helitours opening up after that first purchase.
Build the business network
The Car Wash, Smoke on the Water and Higgins Helitours each offer legal activities alongside criminal jobs. Raf De Angelis connects players with Mr. Faber’s network, while business laptops and phone calls provide access to laundering missions and Mr. Faber Work.
The businesses also support existing operations. The Car Wash benefits Counterfeit Cash sales, Smoke on the Water helps Weed Farm sales and Higgins Helitours boosts Air Freight Cargo. Owning a front therefore affects more than its own mission menu.
Manage Heat to keep income flowing
Criminal work increases a front’s Heat. When authorities become suspicious, legal activity is needed to cool the business down and restore passive income. That means washing and returning cars, completing legitimate deliveries or taking tourists on helicopter tours.
Laundering earnings are collected from a duffel bag in the Car Wash bedroom, while passive business income uses the safe. Confusing those two collection points can make earned money appear to be missing.
Vehicles and other additions
The update introduces vehicles including the Karin Woodlander, Karin Everon RS, Dewbauchee Rapid GT X and Annis Hardy. The Överflöd Suzume initially had a GTA+ early-access period. Fifty more vehicles gain missile lock-on jammer eligibility, and QuickiePharm courier work adds another legal job.
PC Enhanced also receives improvements to ray-traced reflections and global illumination. Launch reward multipliers and membership claim windows were temporary offers, separate from the permanent business systems.
