GTA 6 Launch Trailer Arrives Ahead of November 19
Rockstar released the Grand Theft Auto VI launch trailer on October 15, with the game still scheduled for November 19 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The trailer also introduces new music from Justice, the duo composing the game’s original score.
Jason and Lucia face a wider conspiracy
The announcement returns to the central setup of the story: an apparently straightforward score goes wrong, drawing Jason and Lucia into a criminal conspiracy across Leonida. Their partnership sits at the heart of that premise, with Vice City providing the starting point for a story that reaches beyond the city.
Rockstar does not attach a mission list, campaign length or playable preview to this announcement. The launch trailer is a new look at the game, not a release of the game itself.
Justice provide the trailer’s new song
Flower in a Hurricane features Tame Impala, SZA and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard. The song is also part of GTA VI: The Album, the separate soundtrack release prepared for the game’s launch. Rockstar identifies Justice as the original score’s composers and says further score details will follow.
Release date and platforms remain unchanged
The trailer announcement confirms November 19 for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. It does not announce a PC release date. Players following the release calendar therefore have a new trailer to watch, while the stated console launch remains the same.
