Intercept the ambulance
Take a durable vehicle and follow the marked ambulance. Damage it until the patient is thrown out. Use controlled collisions and stay alert to police traffic rather than ramming blindly through every junction.

Locate the patient on the road
When the objective changes, follow the body marker. He may be behind the ambulance's last position, so do not keep chasing the empty vehicle. Turn around carefully and identify a clear approach.

Break the body cast
The protective cast resists ordinary bullets and fire. Use repeated vehicle impacts or a suitable explosive attack from a safe distance. Line up the car before each pass so the wheels actually cross the target instead of skimming beside it.

Continue until the objective confirms success
Check the mission feedback after each hit. A patient lying motionless is not necessarily defeated. Keep the car healthy enough to finish the required damage and leave the area once the success message appears.
Key point
Change tactics when the patient is ejected. Continuing to shoot the cast wastes ammunition without solving the mission's main obstacle.
