Reach the docks promptly
Start after Spilling the Beans and drive to the marked arrival point. Bring armour and a weapon effective at medium range. Leave your car facing a usable exit in case the courier reaches ground transport.

Clear the guards around the landing area
Use the yard's cover to remove the defenders with a direct view of Tommy. Do not stand exposed in the centre while tracking the helicopter. Keep enough attention on the courier marker to notice when the target disembarks.

Stop the courier and take the plates
Eliminate the courier as soon as you have a safe angle. If she escapes in a car, pursue the moving marker. After she is down, collect the dropped plates; stopping the helicopter or destroying a nearby vehicle is not the required pickup.

Deliver to Print Works
Take the plates back to the business and finish the delivery. Print Works now generates income. If Cap the Collector still does not appear, check your other completed assets and the estate mission Cop Land rather than replaying this delivery.
Key point
The plates are a physical pickup. Check that the collection objective changes before leaving the docks or the courier's final location.
