Lure two officers into the lockup
Create a small wanted level near the marked garage and lead two police officers inside on foot. Avoid killing the officers you need to lure. Go deep enough into the garage that both follow you and the disguise sequence triggers.

Take a police car to the mall
After changing uniforms, enter a police car with Lance and travel to North Point Mall. Wait for him before leaving each vehicle. The disguise helps reach the target, but it is not a reason to start shooting police on the way.

Plant the bomb and move away
Enter the marked coffee shop area to plant the device. Once armed, move Tommy and Lance away from the blast immediately. Plan the exit while approaching the shop so you are not hunting for stairs after the explosion.

Escape with Lance
Return to transport and drive towards the estate. The wanted level is severe. An intact civilian car can be resprayed if you choose to lose the police that way; the police car itself cannot use Pay 'n' Spray. Keep Lance with you during any vehicle change and reach the estate marker together.
Key point
The most common avoidable failure is abandoning Lance during the getaway. Check his position before changing cars, leaving the mall or accelerating away.
