Set up the rooftop jump
Find a fast motorcycle, such as a PCJ-600, for the approach. Line up with the marked stairway or ramp leading towards the compound. Give yourself a straight run so you reach the rooftop without needing a sharp turn halfway up.

Clear the landing area
After landing, get control of Tommy before engaging the gang. Eliminate the enemies covering the route to the Angel. Avoid shooting towards the marked motorcycle or leaving it beside an exploding vehicle.

Take Mitch's Angel
Follow the marker to the stolen bike and mount that specific vehicle. Your arrival bike does not satisfy the recovery objective. Work towards the escape route and ramp out of the compound without stopping to fight every remaining guard.

Return to the Greasy Chopper
Ride the Angel to Mitch's bar while keeping away from pursuing vans. The heavier motorcycle is less agile than the sports bike used for the entry jump. Brake before corners and protect it from repeated impacts until you reach the delivery marker.
Key point
Use two different priorities: speed for the entry jump, then preservation for the stolen bike. The Angel has to survive the trip home.
