Ask Kent Paul at the Malibu Club
Travel from Rosenberg's office to the club marker. After the conversation, follow the new radar blip to the chef in the alley near Ocean Drive. Park with an exit route in mind so the approaching fight does not box you in.

Defeat the chef and pick up the phone
Fight Leo Teal at close range and collect the phone he drops. Keep moving between attacks rather than standing inside his striking distance. The pickup matters: winning the fight without collecting it does not advance the mission.

Leave with Lance
When Lance appears, follow him towards his car. The additional chefs are a distraction from the escape objective. Stay close enough to follow Lance through the alley and get into the vehicle when prompted instead of pursuing every attacker.

Visit the gun shop and return home
Drive to the marked Ammu-Nation, complete the shop introduction, then head back to the Ocean View Hotel. Keep the car upright and avoid unnecessary police attention. The hotel arrival completes the mission and opens Jury Fury.
Key point
The important sequence is chef, phone, Lance, gun shop and hotel. If a marker has not changed, check the current objective before leaving the alley.
