Bring an eligible motorcycle
Use an Angel or Freeway and ride to the starting grid. A fast sports bike does not satisfy the mission's vehicle requirement. Begin with a sound bike so a minor collision does not turn into an early retirement.

Get through the opening pack
Let the riders spread out rather than forcing a gap between handlebars. A collision can throw Tommy off and cost far more time than briefly sitting behind another racer. Watch the checkpoint sequence and prepare for the next bend.

Brake before tight corners
Reduce speed while the bike is upright, turn smoothly, then accelerate out. Clipping a kerb at an angle can launch Tommy into a wall. Use the width of the road only when it is clear of oncoming traffic.

Protect the lead
Once ahead, keep taking every checkpoint. Do not attempt a shortcut that misses a marker, and ease off at blind junctions. The opponents can lose time in traffic; there is no need to take a dangerous stunt jump to maintain first place.
Key point
Race the checkpoint route, not the rider immediately in front of you. Following an opponent into a crash or wrong line gives away an otherwise recoverable attempt.
