Mission walkthrough
-
Meet Toreno
Start the ranch mission and listen to the instruction to acquire the airstrip. This is a property-purchase objective, not an aircraft theft.
-
Go to the airstrip
Drive to Verdant Meadows and locate the property-purchase marker. Keep the required $80,000 available rather than spending it on another safehouse first.
-
Purchase and save
Use the purchase control to acquire the airfield. Make a save at the new base, then go to the flying-school marker to begin Learning to Fly.
Key point
Buying the airstrip does not automatically complete flight training. The ten flying-school lessons form the next mandatory mission.
