Mission walkthrough
-
Enter at the rear
Drive to Madd Dogg’s mansion and locate the entrance around the back. Equip the knife provided for the stealth section and crouch before approaching the first guard.
-
Use the patrol openings
Approach the first guard from behind for the prompted stealth attack. Observe the pool-area guard’s route and move when he faces away. Red radar arrows indicate the direction guards are looking.
-
Hide and pass the bar
Use the shadowed hiding area when the incoming guard is announced. Continue crouched past the bar so the guard’s line of sight passes over CJ rather than through him.
-
Collect the book
Reach the recording studio and take the marked rhyme book. Do not use loud gunfire on the approach; it turns a short stealth route into a much more dangerous confrontation.
-
Escape and return to Loc
After collecting the book, retrace the route to the exit. A silenced pistol taken from a guard can help, but continued stealth also works. Leave the mansion and deliver the book to Loc at Burger Shot.
Key point
Stay crouched through the bar section even when a guard appears distracted. Walking upright there exposes CJ unnecessarily.
