Mission walkthrough
-
Visit the hospital
Drive to the hospital pickup marker. The ambulance search begins after the staff explain that Johnny has already been taken.
-
Test the marked ambulances
Catch one candidate and make controlled contact to provoke a reaction. If it is a genuine ambulance, move to the next marker instead of continuing to attack it.
-
Stop the Mafia ambulance
When the correct crew reacts, damage the vehicle enough to force them out. Avoid setting it on fire, then deal with the occupants and enter the ambulance promptly.
-
Deliver Johnny
Drive the recovered ambulance to the meat factory. Keep moving through the pursuing vehicles and preserve the ambulance until it reaches the destination.
Key point
You need a recoverable ambulance, not a wreck. Reduce your attack once the occupants leave and switch to taking the vehicle.
