Collect the lowrider
Go to the Willowfield garage and take the supplied car. Back into the modification garage as instructed. Cosmetic upgrades are optional; keep enough money for the wager.

Drive to Unity Station
Take the lowrider to the meeting marker. Avoid damaging it heavily on the journey and choose a wager you can afford to lose while learning the controls.

Match the suspension prompts
Watch the arrows approach the timing circle and press the corresponding suspension direction when they align. For diagonal prompts, use the indicated combined direction. Use the control labels shown by your version, since keyboard and controller layouts differ.

Finish ahead of the opponent
Keep matching the rhythm until the challenge ends. Winning triggers the meeting with Cesar and completes the mission; driving away early abandons the attempt.
Key point
React to the arrow reaching the timing point, not to its first appearance. Repeated early inputs are less reliable than a calm, consistent rhythm.
