Military Hardware supplies the armour and weapons for the Paleto robbery. The convoy contains a Barracks truck and escort vehicles. Stop the escorts without destroying the cargo truck, then clear the soldiers before driving the equipment back to the laboratory.
Step-by-step walkthrough

Get ahead of the moving convoy
Use the convoy’s map position to choose an interception point along its route. Park a vehicle across the road ahead of it and place sticky bombs where the leading escort will pass. Keep the intended blast away from the Barracks.
Sticky Strategist requires a sticky-bomb trap. Simply firing on the convoy or stealing the truck during an ordinary chase does not satisfy that condition.

Detonate the trap and take headshots
Trigger the explosives as the lead escort reaches the prepared point. Use cover beside the road and shoot the surviving guards accurately. Head Hunter requires five headshot kills, so avoid eliminating every available soldier with explosions.
Michael’s ability helps line up the shots; Trevor’s ability can help survive an exposed position. Whichever character you use, keep gunfire and explosives away from the truck you need to deliver.

Steal the Barracks and return to the lab
Once the immediate guards are dealt with, enter the Barracks. Follow the route to Trevor’s laboratory in Sandy Shores, clearing any remaining guards if the objective requires it. The escort vehicles are not the equipment delivery target.
Park the truck at the marker and get out to complete the setup. If you missed a medal objective, replay the interception with the trap and headshot sequence planned in advance.
