The Subtle approach needs three modified Bravado Gauntlets. You can complete the setup with other suitable Gauntlets, but the Mapped gold objective requires the specific cars pictured in Lester’s email. Collect and deliver each one separately.
Step-by-step walkthrough

Collect the Pillbox Hill Gauntlet
Open Lester’s email and compare its photograph with the multistorey parking structure in Pillbox Hill. Drive up the ramps to the top level, then locate the Gauntlet shown in the picture.
Once inside, take it to the marked Los Santos Customs. Do not substitute a similar muscle car: the setup requires a Gauntlet, and the gold objective is tied to the photographed example.

Find the Rockford Hills and Mission Row cars
The Rockford Hills car is parked behind the Vangelico jewellery store. Use the email photograph to identify its street position, then take it through the same modification and delivery process.
The Mission Row car is in front of the Templar Hotel near Legion Square. Match the photograph, enter the Gauntlet and follow the Customs marker. These are three separate collection tasks, so finish one delivery before moving to the next car.

Buy the heist modifications
At Los Santos Customs, purchase the modification required for the job. For Pimped Out, spend at least $17,000 on that car’s modifications, adding useful performance or protection upgrades alongside the required preparation.
The spending target applies to each Gauntlet’s setup result. Spending more on the first car does not complete the other two cars’ Pimped Out conditions. Franklin’s owned Customs shop can apply free modifications that still satisfy this objective.

Deliver each car without new damage
After leaving the workshop, drive carefully to the lockup. The important part of Not a Scratch is arriving with the car undamaged, so avoid aggressive shortcuts after completing the upgrades. Franklin’s driving ability helps with tight traffic and turns.
Park in the marked space, leave the vehicle and exit as directed. Repeat until all three deliveries are complete. Keep an eye on the separate mission results rather than treating the three vehicles as one shared medal.
