Roof Entry reaches the FIB building by parachute, then downloads the evidence through a server terminal. Gold requires a clean rooftop landing, a hack within 45 seconds and accurate combat without civilian casualties. A capable getaway driver simplifies the final escape.
Step-by-step walkthrough
-
Fly to the jump zone and land on the roof
Leave the garment factory and go to the NOOSE facility for the helicopter. Fly to the marked jump zone, then guide Michael’s parachute towards the main roof section of the FIB building.
Line up early and make small corrections on the descent. Perfect Drop requires landing on the main roof, so avoid drifting onto a side ledge or into rooftop structures. Follow the crew through the skylight afterwards.
-
Run the terminal’s two hacking minigames
Reach the server room, open the sealed door with explosives and connect Michael’s phone. On the in-game computer, open My Computer, then External Device (J:), then HackConnect.exe. Match the four numbers shown in red with the corresponding sequence.
Next open BruteForce.exe and stop each rotating column on its red letter to assemble the password. Run Down&Out.exe to begin the download. Finish this hacking sequence within 45 seconds for Hacker. The selected hacker’s guidance varies, but these on-screen tasks remain the player’s responsibility.
-
Defend the download and escape down the tower
Hold off the agents while the files transfer. Use Michael’s ability for the twenty-headshot and 70% accuracy requirements. Only shoot armed threats; killing innocent civilians loses No Innocents.
The extraction helicopter is destroyed, forcing the backup route. Collect the phone once the download finishes and follow the team down the damaged floors. Hacker experience affects help with the sprinklers and visibility, so keep your aim controlled even when the view is obscured.
-
Rappel, destroy the gunship and reach the driver
Use the rappel route to the balcony, stop the attacking helicopter and continue to street level. Clear the remaining agents and board the getaway vehicle.
An experienced driver arrives with an ambulance disguise. An inexperienced driver may bring a van, requiring a police escape. Once clear, travel to Franklin’s house for the debrief. Skip scenes and keep the transitions clean for the nineteen-minute medal.

Common questions
Which programs do I use on the terminal?
Open HackConnect.exe, complete its number match, then BruteForce.exe and its letter selection, followed by Down&Out.exe.
Why did my driver arrive in a van?
An inexperienced getaway driver can provide a weaker escape option. Taliana or another experienced driver supplies the ambulance route.
