Francis’s target is inside an apartment with no clear shot. Reach the opposite roof, draw him toward the window and use the sniper rifle.

Mission walkthrough

  1. Collect the rifle ammunition

    Go to the marked car before approaching the apartment on Denver Avenue. Follow the roof marker and set up where you can see into the target’s room.

  2. Create a clear line of sight

    Study the room through the scope. The television can be shot to interrupt the dealer and make him move; alternatively, use the telephone clue visible at the apartment to call him. Wait for his body to move into an unobstructed position.

  3. Take the shot and leave

    Aim at the dealer when he is exposed, fire and confirm the target is down. Then leave the rooftop as instructed. If your first shot only hits furniture, stay composed and reacquire the person rather than firing the magazine into the wall.

Key point

The puzzle is exposing the target. Shooting blindly through the window does not replace getting a clear view of him.
