Enter discreetly
Go to the hospital with weapons holstered. Find the changing area and put on the doctor’s outfit before approaching Anthony’s room.

Reach Anthony’s bed
Follow the hospital route into the ER and wait for a chance to approach the life-support equipment. Use the interaction to switch it off, or use the direct shooting approach if you choose to accept immediate resistance.

Leave and lose attention
Exit promptly after Anthony is dead. Do not linger in the room or attack staff unnecessarily. If the guards or police respond, fight only as needed to get outside and clear the wanted level.
Key point
The disguise helps you reach the target; it is not permission to display a weapon freely. Stay calm and keep the gun holstered until your chosen method requires it.
