Wear a suit and smart shoes before attending. Remove casual accessories if the game refuses entry. Reach the office at the appointment time, speak to reception and follow the receptionist without displaying a weapon.

Get the files and leave
Sit through the opening conversation, then confront Goldberg. Retrieve the required files and kill him when the objective calls for it. Expect security to react; use the office doorway as cover during your escape.

Return to Francis
Leave the building, deal with any wanted level and deliver the files. Taking the documents is essential: killing Goldberg alone does not finish the assignment.
