Leave the apartment, take a car and drive to the marked meeting. Keep the vehicle usable: the next stage begins as a pursuit.

Pursue Oleg
Stay with his car through traffic and shoot when you have a stable line. Avoid throwing away the chase by trying to force a collision at every turn. Once his vehicle stops or he gets out, finish the marked target.
