Mission walkthrough
-
Clear a route into the hospital
Arrive with armour and rifle ammunition. Eliminate the exterior guards from cover and enter cautiously. Rooms and ruined walls create several overlapping firing angles, so clear one section before moving deeper.
-
Find the drugs and prepare
Work toward the table containing the package. Before collecting it, reload and learn the route back through the building. Picking it up triggers the police response; the initial gang fight is only the first half of the mission.
-
Fight out through the raid
Use the same walls and doorways for cover as NOOSE enters. Avoid sprinting into a corridor full of officers. Advance only after the closest firing angle is clear, then leave the hospital grounds and get transport.
-
Lose the police and meet Jacob
Break line of sight before trying to leave the search radius. Change direction when police spot you again instead of repeatedly crossing their view. Once the wanted level clears, follow the meeting marker to Little Jacob and finish the scene.
Key point
Do not collect the drugs with an empty magazine or almost no health. The pickup starts the escape phase immediately, and the hospital is much harder to leave underprepared.
