Approach the garage
Drive to Windmill Street and park with an easy exit. Use the car or nearby street cover to engage the gang instead of standing exposed in front of the garage.

Watch for the getaway
Some enemies attempt to leave in a car. Shift attention to that vehicle as soon as it moves; continuing to shoot stationary enemies can give the escaping group too large a lead.

Finish the pursuit
Follow the fleeing car and use controlled drive-by fire when the road opens. If it stops and occupants get out, deal with the remaining marked targets. Check the radar before leaving: a surviving gang member can keep the mission active.

A car parked facing the street saves valuable seconds. Avoid destroying your own escape vehicle during the opening firefight.
