Answer the marked payphone
Begin Mr. Black's first contract at the Washington Beach phone. Have a suitable vehicle nearby before answering. The target is already making deliveries, so the pursuit should begin as soon as control returns.

Intercept the delivery route
Follow the target blip and use nearby junctions to close the gap. A fast car is useful for catching the scooter, but do not charge through a turn so quickly that you miss the road he has taken.

Knock the rider off the Pizza Boy or use a suitable weapon when you have a clear shot. Watch the marker if he falls: destroying the scooter or making him dismount is not the same as completing the assassination.

Finish before the final delivery
Concentrate on the target until the mission success message appears. If you lose sight of him, consult the radar immediately rather than driving the rest of his route from memory. His remaining deliveries are the real deadline.
Key point
Unlike Waste the Wife, this contract does not impose a no-weapons rule. Choose the quickest reliable method and do not let the target continue his delivery circuit.
