Mission walkthrough
-
Dress for the golf club
Visit Jocksport and collect the golf clothes, then travel to Leaf Links. Avery's missions are an optional branch for the ending, so you can return later if you would rather continue Cortez or Diaz first.
-
Pass the entrance security
The normal entrance removes your firearms temporarily. Pick up a golf club inside if needed and head for the marked driving-range area. Do not base the plan on a gun that security has just taken away.
-
Concentrate on the rival
Approach the target and react when he flees. His guards try to hold you up, but spending too long fighting them lets him get a head start. Get into a Caddy and follow the target marker if he reaches his own cart.
-
Finish the pursuit
Nudge the target's Caddy into obstacles or get close enough to attack when he stops. Keep the chase away from the water; Tommy cannot swim. After the target is eliminated, leave through the entrance and recover your weapons before taking on another combat mission.
Key point
The bodyguards are not the mission target. Avoid a long melee at the driving range while the rival is already driving away.
