Mission walkthrough

Reach Gonzales's building
Leave Cortez's yacht and drive to the marked building. Park a normal civilian car nearby facing the street. Cortez supplies a chainsaw, but the objective is to eliminate Gonzales rather than demonstrate a particular attack animation.

Keep track of the target
Enter the marked area and identify Gonzales before spending time on his guards. He can flee, so react to the target marker and follow him promptly. The chainsaw is effective up close; a firearm can be easier if he has gained distance.

Break away from the police
After Gonzales is dead, follow the getaway instructions and get into a car. Avoid standing in the road fighting the arriving officers, as this can increase the wanted level and destroy your escape vehicle.

Use Pay 'n' Spray
Drive into the marked respray garage in an eligible civilian vehicle and let the wanted-level sequence finish. If you arrive in a police or emergency vehicle, change cars first. Keep clear of further offences while the wanted stars are clearing.
