Approach the desert meeting
Travel to the marked ruins with a long-range weapon and armour. Identify the actual target among the agents before opening fire.

Stop the target if possible
Use a clear shot while he is still on the ground. Do not spend so long clearing distant guards that he reaches the helicopter unchallenged.

Follow the aerial escape if needed
If he takes off, use the remaining helicopter and follow his route. Keep enough height to clear obstacles without losing sight of the target, then pursue him after he lands and leaves the aircraft.

Collect the dossier
Eliminate the target and pick up the evidence marker promptly. The mission requires the file itself; the target’s death is not the final step.
