Bring a camera
Obtain the camera identified by the mission if CJ does not already have one. Keep it available for the blueprint shot, then head to the planning department.

Enter without causing trouble
Put firearms away and follow the receptionist’s interaction. Use the opened stairwell to reach the upper floor and locate the guarded blueprint room.

Create the distraction
Go to the document-storage area identified by the objective and destroy the old air-conditioning units. The resulting alarm draws the guards away from the plans.

Photograph the plans
Return upstairs, equip the camera and frame the blueprint board clearly. Wait for the successful-photo instruction before leaving.

Escape to the casino
Fight through the exit if necessary and take the camera film to the rear entrance of the Four Dragons.
Key point
Displaying a gun on the initial approach can get CJ ejected before the plan is in motion. Wait for the mission to change from quiet access to the escape stage.
