Take the uniform underground
Go to the Vank Hoff Hotel and follow the valet into the underground car park. Eliminate him away from the street, take the uniform and return to the valet pickup area.

Identify the blue Merit
Wait with the other valets and watch the arriving cars. Enter the district attorney’s blue Merit before another valet takes it; stealing a different guest’s vehicle does not advance the mission.

Visit the garage
Drive to Doherty while the timer runs. Enter the garage marker to have the evidence planted, then begin the return trip promptly.

Return the car spotless
Avoid scraping traffic or walls on the way back. If the vehicle is damaged and the game sends you for repairs, complete that repair within the remaining time before returning.

Park and leave on foot
Put the Merit into the marked underground space, exit the car park and trigger the call to the police. Do not remain sitting in the parked vehicle.
Key point
A clean return matters as much as speed. Brake early for the hotel ramp, where a last-second collision can force another repair trip.
